It’s Marvelous Monday, and I’ve got a marvelous new playlist up my sleeve today. But, before I get to that… You may have noticed a couple of changes around here.
First and foremost, last week I upgraded to a new Web Host that is 100 times better and faster than my previous one. There were some kinks that had to be worked out in the process of the transfer, but everything seems to be working fine now. If you notice any issues, please email or contact me. The great news is that WHOLEistically Fit is loading faster than ever with this new change, so I’m hoping that makes your experience here even that much more enjoyable :D.
Another thing you may have noticed is that there are some new pics on my About page and on my WHOLEistically Fit Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube profiles. I am so happy to finally have some good pics up! This has been on my to-do list for a while now. The previous ones I had up were outdated and just fillers until I could get around to getting some better pics and, in particular, some pics of just me where I didn’t have to try and crop out my husband from the photo using my limited photo editing skills.
That’s two major items checked off! I feel so accomplished.
But, that’s enough blog talk for the day. What’s really Marvelous In My Monday (MIMM) is this awesome new workout playlist I made. It’s a hodgepodge of some of my favorite oldies tunes. I’m loving
jamming and lip-synching listening to this playlist while lifting weights and doing high resistance cardio workouts (such as running or walking hills).
I must say, I think my dad would be really proud of this playlist. I remember when I was a teen/pre-teen, I hated listening to this music (Madonna and Michael Jackson aside). My dad would blast it in the car and it was pure torture. I guess his music education worked, though, because now I love these tunes.
