Stomp, stomp, clap! Stomp, stomp, clap! Alright, listen up team. The Super Bowl is in 5 days. If we want to win this Sunday, we’ve got to stay focused, believe in ourselves, and train hard. Here’s the game plan: do this Super Bowl Workout at least one time this week before game day and your team is guaranteed to win. Okay, that last part’s not true, but you are guaranteed to get in a damn good workout! Whether you want to look sexy like a cheerleader, or get strong like a linebacker, this workout has got it all.
For this workout, you’ll need an agility ladder.
Don’t fret if you don’t have one. All you need is some chalk or colored tape to quickly make your own. This is a great tutorial on making a homemade agility ladder (complete with dimension suggestions and everything).
