Who’s tuning in this season to the Bachelorette?
Was it just me or did it seem like Desiree wasn’t really that into any of the guys last week? Actually, I read something funny from who knows where – the person (tongue-in-cheek) said that their prediction is Des turns down all the guys and runs off with Chris Harrison. Haha.
What are your guys’ predictions?
I’d share mine, but I always read the spoilers when the season starts so I’ll keep my trap shut.
What I will share, though, is an an awesome workout to help you get your fitness on every Monday night while you watch Desiree date 20-some-odd chiseled hotties.
The Bachelorette Tabata Workout
Workout Instructions & Exercise Demos
Just to make sure the instructions are crystal, you’ll perform each exercise as a tabata round. For instance, during the first 1-on-1 date, you’ll do 4 minutes of tricep dips – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. After that, rest for a minute and then move onto the jumping lunges 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for a total of 4 minutes etc.
